Terms, Service Conditions and Privacy Policy govern all use of the supervape.co.za website and all content. All services and also products available at, or through this website (taken together, the website).

This website is owned and operated by Super Vape Pty Ltd, registration 2018 / 485362 / 07 (“Super Vape”). It is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms contained herein.

All other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Super Vape’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Super Vape (collectively, the “agreement”).

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you also agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement then you may not access this website or make use of any of the services.

If these terms and conditions are also considered an offer by Super Vape, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. This website and services is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

Loss or damage to goods

No responsibility or liability whatsoever shall be attached the company Super Vape or any of it’s employees, for any loss, or damage to goods once it has left the company’s premises. The company shall under no circumstance be liable for any loss or damage caused by the negligent and or grossly negligent act or default of the company or its employees.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, concentrates, DIY Supplies and E-Liquids cannot be returned or refunded.  The removal from a controlled environment makes this impossible. Please email or call us regarding any issues.

NOTE: Cancellation of any orders will attract a 20% administration fee.

Shipping Fee Structure

Once your order has been placed and the payment has cleared in our bank account, the order will be packed and our courier company notified. Delivery will be between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the area.

No deliveries will be made over weekends or on public holidays unless arranged with us. Such deliveries will attract extra courier fees.

Disclaimer: Super Vape and its employees shall under no circumstances be liable for the goods in any way once handed over to the courier.

Insurance is NOT included in shipping listed in our shipping methods. Should you require insurance for your package, the onus is on you to contact us on 071 584 7422 directly before or immediately after placing your order. We will arrange for a quote from our courier service and inform you of the insurance surcharge amount.

Kindly note that the courier service is a ‘best effort‘ service. Many factors may affect timely delivery, such as weather, traffic, breakdowns and so on. We can therefore not guarantee next day delivery. However, we will do everything in our power to get your purchase delivered to you as soon as possible.

As previously mentioned, our delivery service does not include any insurance cover whatsoever. We do ensure that packages are well packed. Super Vape and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any damages or losses once a parcel is collected.

Areas falling outside of the Major City classification may be subject to service only on certain days. These may also take between 2 to 5 additional working days.

Note that batteries may not be shipped on an overnight or airfreight basis. Shipping will be on an economy service (2 to 4 working days delivery). This also applies to devices with built in batteries.

Surcharges

Please note that should the courier service require any surcharge for whatever reason, we will not deliver any of the listed services until such time as the extra fee is cleared into our bank account.

Should you reside in an outlaying area, please contact us for a free shipping quotation.

Selecting an incorrect shipping method on checkout may result in the order being placed on hold. The order will be released when the required delivery fee is paid and has cleared in our bank account.

Super Vape reserves the right to cancel any delivery should the courier fee exceed our prescribed limits or if the surcharge is not received within 24 hours of notification.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, WhatsApp chat, SMS, Facebook, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Super Vape or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super Vape, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from, and against, all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of any of these terms and conditions or any activities relating to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Third-Party Link

Super Vape may link to external sites operated by third parties. Even if the third party is affiliated with Super Vape, Super Vape may have no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Super Vape. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Super Vape seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Exports

The offering on this website is available for collection at our premises or delivery to valid, physical South African street addresses only.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via any of the following options:

• SnapScan portal
• Yoco portal direct payment: Visa, MasterCard Credit or Debit cards.
• Yoco portal EFT: to bank account using the Yoco portal.
• Direct EFT from your bank to our bank: Bank details are displayed after completion of an order at checkout. Bank details may also be provided upon request.
• Payment on collection: Debit, Credit cards or cash accepted.

Card transactions will be acquired for Super Vape by Yoco (https://www.yoco.com/za/)

Transaction Currency

All transactions will be transacted in South African Rand (ZAR) only.

VAT

All prices include 15% vat.
